Angy's Diploma in Counselling at Work was initiated as a result of working as a coach and mentor in an organisational setting. As an executive coach, Angy understood the significance of underpinning learning to support the conversations that occurred in a confidential setting. Expanding her study further, Angy obtained a Masters degree in Psychodynamic Practice at Oxford University, during which time she practised as a therapist in an NHS setting as well as working with private patients. Over the following years, Angy worked in both organisational and private settings as an accredited therapist. The main focus of her work has been in helping individuals develop inner resources to handle the pressures and stresses brought on by work, family dynamics and social pressures. Her particular interest is the work that enables individuals to communicate, relate and function in a complex world. Angy is accredited through the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
