" Wendy was an absolute star and helped me through a stage of my life when I was sad, frantically busy, very disorganised and feeling generally out of control. I was trying to juggle a busy working life with a young family life; I was struggling and my marriage was suffering. Wendy completely saved a sinking ship and for that, both my husband and I are eternally grateful!" |

"I visited Wendy after a very damaging relationship which left me struggling to cope - my behaviour was erratic and I felt completely out of control. Initially it was simply a great relief to be able to speak openly and honestly about the difficult and sensitive subject of sexuality and my past behaviour. Wendy was always incredibly sympathetic, non-judgemental and understanding. Initially she allowed me to take my time and simply talk things through, but after a while we began to discuss subjects which initially seemed unrelated, but gradually their relevance became clear and a picture emerged so that I could see the root causes of my problem."
"I would never have gained the level of insight I did without her. I began to understand why I had made certain choices and recognising the unconscious desires behind them allowed me to take back control of my life. Wendy provides a warm, kind and peaceful environment and I could not recommend her highly enough - I feel incredibly fortunate to have had such a positive experience of therapy. I am now in a happy, loving and successful relationship which is a wonderful credit to the way Wendy helped me."

"I undertook a number of sessions with Wendy to work on specific areas which had been highlighted during some open feedback from my colleagues."
"Wendy is able to help you explore your emotions and reactions in a completely comfortable manner and I was able to open up and confess much more than I thought I would - even to myself! I found each session more and more useful as Wendy helped me explore my own behaviours and began to see ever increasing improvements in both the workplace and surprisingly outside of work too. We worked on a number of techniques to allow me to be more controlled and objective in my behaviour - I'm still conscious of my 'Wendy moments' 6 months after we first met." |
"I'd thoroughly recommend Wendy and am looking forward to another opportunity to work together."

"I used to be very shy and felt awkward around people, which in turn made me avoid social contact as much as possible, which in turn made me feel lonely and worse about myself. I decided to do something about this which is where I met Wendy. "Wendy helped me rationalise all my concerns and guided me to break my old habits to improve my life. Now I am much more confident and living the life I always wanted."

"I had not realized that during the years following my 50th birthday I became stuck in the past. So many events happened - 50th birthday, the death of my father, menopause, second marriage and moving from London to a less dynamic and hectic lifestyle. My sessions with Wendy have helped me to assimilate these important milestones and move forward with a much more positive attitude to the next phase of my life. Allowing myself to grieve for the sadnesses that had occurred helped clear me emotionally and I realized that life can still hold excitement and offer new challenges. It helped put into perspective issues which were previously holding me back from enjoying my life now."

"I found my sessions with Wendy both enlightening and very helpful, she made me feel at ease talking to her and I was able to make sense of aspects of my life that were troubling me. Wendy managed to help me improve both my home life and also my passion for competitive cycle racing. I would advise anyone thinking of taking sessions with Wendy to go and try them, my life was certainly changed for the better."

"After my Mum passing away in Jan 2008, I was referred to Wendy through my work. I also had a lot going on in my life at the time and it was all proving to be a little too much to deal with, on top of the grief. Nothing prepares you for the loss of your Mum, especially at the age of 25! When I went to see Wendy, I immediately felt relaxed and able to fully let out all my thoughts and feelings without being judged. Wendy’s support and guidance helped me enormously and I learned to gradually cope with not just the grief but issues I had also had in the past. Without these important sessions I feel that I would have probably hidden away and bottled things up, but thanks to Wendy I am now able to cope much better and remember the good times again."

"The coaching has been a new experience for me and one that I have found very beneficial. It is completely different from the training I would have been familiar with, in that it gives an opportunity to express in a one-to-one situation issues which the coachee has, rather than a structured training programme. This enables both the coach and the coachee to get a deeper understanding of the developmental issues. The process around the solutions is also very positive in that it encourages the coachee to identify the actions they need to take rather than "off the shelf" solutions being provided."
